QUEEN IS GREAT-GRANDMOTHER QUEEN ELIZABETH II has become a great-grandmother for the first time - and she's "delighted" with the baby news. The British monarch's grandson Peter Phillips - the son of the Queen's daughter, Anne, Princess Royal and Mark Phillips - and his wife Autumn welcomed their first child, a girl, at a hospital in Gloucestershire, south west England on Wednesday (29Dec10).
