Princess Caroline of Hanover, President of Princess Grace Foundation, inaugurates a psychiatric medical for children 'Costanzo Center' in Nice, 28 January 2011 with mayor Nice, Christian Estrosi and Eric Ciotti, President of General Council of Alpes Maritimes.
